Having been involved in real estate since 2004, I conclude there is something new to learn from every transaction. In my practice of real estate, I draw upon this knowledge and engage those best practices that have proven successful and useful in the past while remaining open to change.
At the core of my practice, and central to the founding of Farwest Realty Group, is the fact I believe real estate should be presented as “plain and simple” - easily understood by all parties involved. This is achieved through educating clients and customers, regardless of the transaction value, so they are comfortable and confident in their real estate decisions. I encourage questions and strive to demystify the real estate transaction and its associated documents.
As a result, my business is primarily dominated by past clients and referrals. I focus on quality of service versus quantity of transactions. You will find my work style is professional yet relaxed.
While it can be exciting to look for a new place to call home. I also understand that not all transactions are always by choice. Sometimes health, aging, death or divorce may force a change and I am sympathetic to your motivations and circumstances.
